  • 2011 to present – Mortgage Loan Professional, Nationstar Mortgage, Southaven, MS.  Originated mortgage loans, deepened knowledge of changing guidelines. Coordinated marketing efforts and planned business functions for the branch.
  • 2009-2011 – Loan Officer, Community Mortgage, Southaven, MS.  Originated mortgage loans, gained knowledge of government grant programs, ranked in top 25 in the company.  
  • 2003 to 2009 – Sales Manager, Countrywide Home Loans, Southaven, MS , supervised 6 employees, responsible for running small but dynamic sales office.  Ranked each year in top 10% of the company, and 4 of the last 5 years ranked in top 2% of company nationwide based on sales volume.  Responsible for the design of all marketing materials and educational materials for branch office.

Education

  • Sales Training, Edmonston Northstar Institute. 
·      University of Memphis.  Currently enrolled to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
  • Northwest MS Community College.  Completed general education courses required to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree at University of Memphis.
  • Horn Lake High School, graduated 1991 in top 10% of class.

   North MS Homebuilders Association, various committees.  Board of   
    Directors 2006.  Northwest MS Association of Realtors, various
    committees.  Desoto Arts Council volunteer.  Local charity work.

   Proficient in Microsoft Office, Serif Page Plus, Windows, Internet,
    DU, LP, CLUES, credit ordering software, various mortgage loan   
    software, photo and video editing software, general computer
    knowledge (troubleshooting).  Fine Artist specializing in Acrylic
    painting, drawing, and computer graphic arts.
